I recently discovered the gorgeous handmade jewelry designs by Bijoule and couldn’t wait to share their innovative creations with my readers! Bijoule [be-zhü-lay] came into existence when a girl with a growing passion for jewelry making and a boy with a special flair for business decided to embark on an exciting journey together. It was founded on the idea of meeting the needs of the fashion savvy with an ecletic mix of chic and bohemian designs. Their trinkets use a wide array of materials such as precious metal and plated metal chains, Swarovski crystals and beads, vintage findings, iridescent Czech glass beads, lustrous pearls and pretty gemstones. Each piece is uniquely handcrafted and come in limited quantities.

The mastermind behind these beautiful creations was nice enough to let me choose a piece for this contest. It took me days to decide on a single item because I love her entire collection. A few of my favorites include the lady charlotte – a gorgeous necklace of linked filigree drops, the angel wing necklace because if feather jewelry is in style, then this is the ultimate in chic, the oh-so-unique chimalis sterling silver ring wrapped in turquoise beads for a gorgeous pop of color, and the ornoir earrings, because you all know that I am ADDICTED to black and gold this season. Finally I decided on my fav of favs, the brass double locket Keepsake Necklace. For the vintage princess who appreciates a sentiment or two, this layered vintage brass locket necklace is a great addition to her trinket box.
